Shipping policy

All items sold in our store are Posted within 24 hours. Some items will be sent as parcels which will have a tracking number, some items will be sent as priority mail with tracking. We use the most economical method to save our customers money.

Please note that the cut off time is 12 noon AEST for same day dispatch.  Orders received after 12 will be sent the following business day.  Orders are sent Monday to Friday, there is no postage available on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

To avoid unnecessary delays, please ensure your address details are correct and provide a phone number in case we need to contact you.  Delays with Postal providers are out of our control.
