Guy Fawkes is a character brought to life in the "Horrible Histories" book series for young readers. Guy Hawkes was caught in the Gunpowder Plot of 5 November in 1605 in London. Since then, when an king or a queen enters parliament, the cellar is first checked by the royal guard.
5th of November is still celebrated in England with fireworks and it is known as "Guy Fawkes Night"
