Santa's Helper ELF Velvet Women's Christmas Fancy Dress Costume with hat

This Women's Elf costume is made from green and red polyester velvet. 

The dress in green velvet has a jagged hem and is decorated with red velvet around the bust-line with each point finishing with a little bell.

The wide red belt finishes off the look.

The elf hat is also in green with red and has little bells attached to the peaks.
