Sassy Pink Witch Girl's Halloween Fancy Dress Costume with hat so pretty!

An adorable Halloween costume for little girls.  This costume is easy to wear and looks fantastic.

• Pink layered dress with attached white top with puffy sleeves.  Th dress has front lace-up corset style panel and is finished with black bows.   The dress skirt has two layers of pink ruffles edged in black and a black petticoat with silver dots.
